Builder's Bloc Commercial Spreads it's Wings

The commercial division is in the middle of a busy second half of 2008.  The Builder’s Bloc estimating team, along with our superintendents, have been busy reviewing plans and bidding new projects. New construction, combined with the growing renovation and rehab market, provide a wealth of year end opportunities.

Projects such as Walgreen’s stores, White Castles, McDonalds, Arby’s, banks, private schools and child development centers are included in the lineup of commercial jobs.  Relationships are in process with many local and out-of-town general contractors in this important commercial market

The commercial eagle is off the ground and headed upward.  Military projects such as Scott Air Force Base, Fort Leonard Wood and Whiteman Air Force Base have either been completed or are about to start.
