A Tip of the Hardhat to the Service Department

The Builder’s Bloc Customer Service Department started with one extremely dedicated and talented craftsman, Larry Galen, who handled all paperwork, reports and service orders, and juggled customer phone calls by himself. Today we have six highly skilled craftsmen who are tops in their field.

Mike Reape is a senior specialist who handles the drywall division. Mike is also the Service Department’s senior representative. The carpentry division includes John Reese (senior specialist), Matt Godfrey (senior specialist) and Delbert Theissen, who is the newest member of the department. The roofing division is covered by Steve Eismann (senior foreman) and Chris Millfelt (senior foreman). The foundation and flatwork divisions have various craftsmen that provide customer service.

These fine craftsmen have shown that honesty, integrity and a conscientious work ethic makes Builder’s Bloc a leader in customer service.

Paul Renaud is the general manager of the service department. Paul’s great leadership and dedication to excellence has made the service department a highly efficient and extremely organized group. With his passion for the Blueprint Program, Paul has mentored several past and present service reps towards highly rewarding careers within Builder’s Bloc.

Charlotte Calandro and Judy Vroman make up the nucleus that keeps the reps organized with scheduling, billing and day-to-day office functions. Their hard work and uncompromised dedication to making sure our customers are satisfied make them an irreplaceable duo.

The service department has perfected a system that offers on time service for our customers. There is an emphasis on having the service orders completed in 14 days or less. Being in the public eye our reps are always promoting and giving a positive image for Builder’s Bloc. The tasks that are given for them to complete are not always pleasant but they are always handled in a positive and professional manner. The top priority for the service department is customer satisfaction.

The Builder’s Bloc Service Department has never had a lost time accident. With such a record, the department stays focused on making the entire Builder’s Bloc team accident free. Our service reps are safety conscious, quality driven, and dedicated to providing the best possible service in the industry. With our quality craftsmen in the field and our service department and their support staff, Builder’s Bloc has a tremendous future in the construction industry.
