Kevin S. Deptula
Deptula received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2002. Early in his career he spent time as a contract administrator, estimator and superintendent, and eventually became a Project Manager. During this time, he oversaw all aspects of several communities including estimating, sales, construction and marketing.
Deptula was promoted to General Manager of the St. Louis County Division of a regional homebuilder in 2007. During his time as General Manager he oversaw all aspects of the home building and selling operation. He worked closely with the land development division to purchase and develop properties in the St. Louis area.
In 2011, Deptula joined the Builder’s Bloc team as General Manager, charged with overseeing all aspects of the company’s foundation, flatwork, carpentry, and drywall divisions. In 2012 he was promoted to President. In 2015, he became CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Employee Owned Company
