Larry Baker
Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, he advanced to the role of carpenter and later became a crew-leading foreman for our company in 1990.
Building on his extensive field experience and natural leadership abilities, Larry was promoted to Superintendent of the Builder’s Bloc Foundation Division in 1999, where he was responsible for overseeing project execution, managing field personnel, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. His ability to lead teams and successfully manage complex operations earned him a reputation as a respected and trusted leader within the organization.
As his responsibilities grew, Larry advanced into executive leadership and now serves as General Manager, overseeing all foundation operations across the organization in both Missouri and Illinois. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, workforce development, and maintaining the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional results for its clients.
A graduate of Pattonville High School, Larry also earned an Associate Degree from Central Missouri State University. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge, practical expertise, and leadership experience to every project. His deep understanding of foundation construction and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable resource for both clients and team members.
