Laura began her HR journey in recruiting, where she developed a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities that align with their goals and strengths. In 2021, Laura joined Builder's Bloc, where she supports the organization's growth through talent acquisition, employee relations, and workers' compensation management. This role allows her to combine strategic HR practices with a commitment to employee well-being and organizational success.
Laura’s unique combination of manufacturing experience and human resources expertise provides her with a practical understanding of workplace challenges from both the employee and employer perspectives. She is passionate about fostering positive work environments, supporting employees throughout their careers, and helping Builder’s Bloc build strong, successful teams.
