Rob Rhoads
Following graduation, he began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen, spending seven years in the firm's tax division and advancing to the position of Manager. During this time, he developed extensive expertise in taxation, financial reporting, and strategic business advisory services.
After serving as a Senior Manager with a regional accounting firm, Rob transitioned from public accounting to the hospitality industry, joining Drury Hotels as Treasurer and Director of Taxation. In this leadership role, he was responsible for overseeing treasury operations, tax strategy, financial planning, and regulatory compliance for a growing national organization.
In 2014, Rob joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him a strong background in accounting, corporate finance, tax strategy, and executive leadership. As CFO, he provides strategic financial oversight, supports long-term growth initiatives, and helps guide key business decisions across the organization. He also serves as a Director on the company’s Board of Directors and subsidiary boards, contributing to the governance and strategic direction of the enterprise.
Rob is a Certified Public Accountant and has built a distinguished career spanning public accounting, hospitality, and construction-related industries. With decades of experience in financial leadership, he is a trusted advisor whose expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational growth continues to play a vital role in the company’s success.
