With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Todd provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for both residential and commercial flatwork projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
A 1995 Graduate of ITT Tech with an Applied Science Degree, Todd has built his career through a progression of leadership roles at just three companies over the past three decades. Beginning as an Estimator, he advanced through positions including Project Manager and Vice President before assuming his current role as General Manager of the Builder’s Bloc Flatwork Division. Todd has experience in road paving, slab on grade construction, elevated slab decks, site work, residential work, pool construction with shotcrete, and custom concrete. His career path reflects his dedication, industry knowledge, and proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects.
Throughout his career, Todd has established a strong reputation for successfully managing construction projects by coordinating trades, developing strategic partnerships, and building lasting relationships with architects, engineers, municipal officials, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. His expertise spans project estimating, contract negotiations, budgeting, site management, material procurement, regulatory compliance, and project execution from initial planning through final walkthrough.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and results-oriented approach from the Builder’s Bloc Flatwork Division, Todd works closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver durable, high-quality results on schedule and within budget. He and his team at Builder’s Bloc are committed to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring every project meets the expectations of both clients and the communities they serve.
